	UK Orders Orders under 1kg are despatched using First or Second Class post. Orders over 1kg are send by a national carrier and usually arrive the next working day.

	Europe - non-EU Orders Orders under 1kg are sent by Airmail post. Orders over 1kg are sent by Airparcel post. Deliveries usually take between 7 -14 days to arrive, depending on destination. Orders up to 5kgs can be sent by Airmail Printed Paper post - which is slightly more economical, but not a guaranteed delivery service.

Discounts Discounts are available to all institutional account customers at ELB. We can negotiate varying and attractive levels of discounts according to your annual turnover.	Terms All payments should be made within 30 days of receipt of an ELB end-of-month statement. In effect, this means books ordered at the beginning of a month do not have to be paid for until the end of the following month.
